I have over a decade of top level experience as a Strength & Performance Coach. As an ex-navy diver & military fitness leader, training has always been an integral & highly valued part of my life and I am constantly educating myself and therefore always adding value to my clients. I also coordinate with allied health professionals not only to deliver the best results but to ensure the root cause of any pain or injury is addressed and not just symptoms. Disc injuries & rehabilitative exercise are specialties, along with a holistic and integrated approach when creating training programs that include diet and goal setting to optimise performance and results.
